Mobility for Life

Wednesday and Fridays
10 am PST (30 min) at the Crook County Library, Broughton Room in Prineville, Ore. Next session begins January 10, 2024.

 

Mostly seated workouts to challenge us to move our body in a new way – promoting range of motion, strength, balance, and coordination. Wednesday classes focus on gentle movement and stretching and on Fridays we focus on strength and stability and get that heart rate up.

Mindful Movement

Wednesdays
7 am PST (45 min) on Zoom

 

Gentle movement, stretching and breath work for all levels to improve mobility, stability and body awareness. You'll be guided and gently challenged in ways that will bring more ease and integrity to how you move throughout the day. Complete the contact form for details.


Breath & Body

Thursdays
7 am PST (65 min) on Zoom

 

This class incorporates mobility work; bodyweight circuit training; and breath work. It's a great form of cross-training to complement your current workout regimen as you flow through gentle movement, get in a quality workout and center the mind and heart. Mobility, Stability & Strength for Running

This 8-week program focuses on the “little things” that make running more efficient and enjoyable for new and experienced runners alike. We’ll meet once a week (online) for 60-75 minutes to work through running-focused mobility, stability and strength circuits, discuss your running-related concerns and issues, and talk through your assignment for the week ahead.
